We understand that plans can change, and we do our best to be flexible when possible. If you need to cancel, we are happy to offer a store credit for orders canceled more than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup. Unfortunately, we cannot provide store credit for orders canceled within 24 hours of delivery or pickup.

For Grazing Tables and Special Events, a 20% deposit is required to secure your date and is non-refundable after seven days. Once the remaining balance is paid in full, your event is considered confirmed. At that point, we reserve your date exclusively and often turn down other bookings, so refunds are not available.
